THERMOSTAT MODULE
HOW IT WORKS
A control thermostat integrated into the pump motor switches off the pump at the set temperature. The pump automatically switches on again when the water in the DHW circulation line has cooled by 7 degrees.
Perfect for detached and two-family houses
Hot water is available at the draw-off points around the clock, without having to continuously run the pump. Pump runtime is reduced by approx. 65 %.

If the pump is connected to an external time controller (e.g. to a timer or the DHW heater's time controller), pump runtimes can be reduced even further.

DRIVE
Permanent magnet drive
The BlueOne DHW circulation pump generation is driven by a highly efficient, electronically commutated DC motor. A voltage transformer is integrated in the module cap for AC operation. All pumps have continuous manual speed adjustment.
Spherical motor technology
The shaftless spherical motor does not feature a revolving bearing shaft. Instead, the stator transfers the rotating magnetic field directly to the permanent magnet rotor on a fixed bearing pin. The rotor bearing is self-adjusting and lubricated by the water. The rotor thus runs with zero play and is virtually noise free. Water carrying parts can be easily cleaned if necessary. The rotor can be replaced when required.
CONTROL MODULE
ERT - ELECTRONIC CONTROL THERMOSTAT
The thermostat switches off the pump at the set temperature. The shutdown temperature is set using a pushbutton and is immediately active.
